Organize and Plan a school party or holiday party
  1. Create your class party.
  2. Add invitees to your party list. Keep in mind, your invitees do not need to register with this website to volunteer.
  3. Specify food or items you will need for your school party. Your invitees will have the opportunity to volunteer for these items.
  4. Enter the activities that will take place during your class party. Your invitees can volunteer for the time slots that you set up.
  5. Automatically send invitation emails to your invitees. You can also set up an email blast schedule to re-send invitations at regular intervals or when your classroom party is about to happen.

  1. Click the link in your invitation email to access the holiday party you have been invited to participate. There is no need to create an account to RSVP or volunteer for food, items, or activities.
  2. Set your RSVP status.
  3. Volunteer to bring items needed for the classroom party.
  4. Volunteer to participate in the classroom activities.

School's out for summer! Go run, play, swim, hike, ride...

And while we fully intend on enjoying our summer, we also have a little summer work we'd like to do. We've got some updates we want to make for the next school year. So we'll work on a few things and you have a great summer! Meet you back here in the fall.
